Kindly respond to this requirement with updated profile and info to *speed up the interview process.* *Job Title: Network Data Consultant * *Primary Skill: NetworkEngineer/Admin* *Duration: 6 Months * *Position Type: Contract * *Location: Englewood, CO* *Client: INFOSYS * *Job Description:* · Work with management team to develop a comprehensive and successful Cisco data business unit and plan. · Work with customer and partner sales and technical teams to prospect and develop Unified Communications design, installation and support opportunities. · Responsible for managing all existing routing and switching issues. · Assesses and analyses the knowledge and technical expertise of engineering staff to plan for training and certifications as needed. · Attend and participate in internal and customer meetings. · Handling L2 and L3 activities for data (LAN - Cisco Switches, Routers, F5 Loadbalancers, HP (5500, 5800 and 7500 series devices), Cisco Aps, WAN - Routers. · Analyzing logs, Root-Cause issue & provide Workaround/Fix for the issues. · Reporting and tracking of issues to closure. · Prepare report analysis, identify problem areas and propose high level solutions. · Strictly aligning to project SLA’s. · Monitoring and supporting the company's data center networks. · Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing protocols. · Creating, implementing, and maintaining network documentation. · Designing and directing system configuration and installation to accommodate network needs of employees. · Optimizing network performance by updating hardware and software from time to time. · Providing cost and labor estimation for network expansion projects. · Maintaining records of hardware and software used in network systems. End to end circuit testing with Test pattern and Loop back testing. · Net analysis for Monitoring and Testing the CKT. · Updating the PM, Types of Errors in the Log Data .co-coordinating with Field tech and LEC vendors for rectifying the falls in the design. · Troubleshooting network/Service faults and Corrective maintenance of access network within the defined MTTR. · Ensure on time task completion within SLA limits. · Real time closure of Order Handling System (CLARIFY) tasks and HP ITSM (incident, problem and change). *Key Skillset Requirements:* · Technically sound knowledge in routing/switching protocols · Prior technology implementation in data (LAN - Cisco Switches, Routers, F5 Loadbalancers, HP (5500, 5800 and 7500 series devices), Cisco Aps, WAN - Routers.
