in Drools with strong communication skills. He/ She needs to possess strong
design and development experience to drive technical design and work
directly with Director of Enterprise Architect from customer side. He/ She
should be able to think through the requirement and define a work package
for offshore development. Resource should also be hands-on and should be
able to debug and perform RCA of critical issues and resolve them
independently. Core skills in other open source technology stack is also
required - Java, J2EE, EJBs, Hazelcast to come up with end-to-end design
and construction of complete solution.
