*Location: *Kansas City, MO Requirements - 1. *US Citizen ONLY – no exceptions – NO green card* 2. *SCJP or OCJP certification* *Key Role/description:* *Application Systems Analyst **Master* *Responsibilities: * - Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. - Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. - Have the domain and expert technical knowledge. - Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. - Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. - Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. - May supervise others. *Duties include: * - Formulates/defines system scope and objectives. - Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. - Prepares detailed specifications for programs.
