*SAP QA LEAD ( 1 position)* *Location : Phoenix AZ* *Duration : Long term* *Experience : 8+ year* **** Manager wants heavy payroll experience **** *Summary *Provide process and technical QA leadership for SAP Payroll system. Develop and enforce the use of QA policies and procedures. Incorporate best practices and root cause analytics to measure and improve execution and effectiveness. Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Ensure user requirements are satisfied, releases to production are defect free, and systems/changes will perform as expected. *Responsibility level* o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor and will typically supervise one or more lower level analyst Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) o Strong knowledge of SAP software, configuration and programming.
