*Title: Business Systems Analyst*
*Location: Las Vegas, NV*
*Duration: 6-12 Months*

Position will function as a Business Systems Analyst for requirements and
design gathering for a Justice related case management application.
Candidates should have:


   - A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology field.
   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus a minimum two (2) years of experience
   eliciting, validating and documenting functional system requirements to
   identify information, procedures decision flows and User Acceptance
   Testing, training and data migration.
   - Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with software development
   life-cycle (SDLC) methodologies.  Experience in Agile methodologies a plus.
   - Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting, configuring,
   administering, and/or implementing justice related case management systems
   and associated processes, specifically in the area of criminal prosecution.
   - Experience supporting, configuring, administering, and/or implementing
   Journal Technologies, JustWare Prosecutor Case Management System
   - Experience in defining requirements for and implementing commercial
   off the shelf (COTS) systems
   - Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for justice
   related data exchange interfaces, data exchange schema analysis,
   diagramming and design.
   - Experience working with public sector (Government) entities;
   specifically with justice/courts related entities/agencies.
   - Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft
   Project software tools.
   - Minimum two (2) years of experience in producing and documenting test
   case scenarios, test case data, and test case results using Microsoft Team
   Foundation Server (TFS).


   - Identify business requirements of CMS end-users and stakeholders to
   determine configuration solutions attainable through application
   - Gather and document data and other requirements to meet project
   - Create workflow documentation associated with each new application
   -  Create business process documentation used to create business logic
   -  Work with end-users through the elaboration process by collecting and
   analyzing feedback
   - Create detail data migration and test plans
   - Create training plans and documentation
   - Maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed
   -  Ability to prepare clear, concise and detailed requirement and design
