Job Description
6+ years experienced associate required for the following activities:
. To clean up the CMDB database with the results extracted from HP
DDM/I and DDM/a tools.
. Experience in uCMDB, HP DDM/I and HP DDM/A
. Ability to write scripts (VBscript, wscript or Unix script) to
scan Configuration Items (CIs) in the network.
Understanding of Service tree mapping of CIs in ITIL
