Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest... *Role:** Business Intelligence (BI) Developer* *Location: Neenah WI* *Duration: 6 Months * *POSITION SUMMARY* · Lead implementation of information management, business intelligence and data warehouse solutions from technical design through deployment. · Develop and implement technical designsthat utilize industry best practices to implementdata, ETL and information delivery solutions that meet business requirements. · Provide support and verify quality through all stages of solution implementation. Ensure that the quality, security, stability and agility of the solutionmeet evolving business needs. · Leverage core system capabilities and innovative ideas to continually improve current practices. · Make technical and process improvement recommendations. - Work with business analysts and internal business customers to translate business requirements into BI application designs and solutions. - Evaluate alternate solutions and design processes and systems which include user impact considerations, cost and benefit analysis, and processing specifications. - Assist in the definition of the database requirements; analyze existing models and reports looking for opportunities to improve their efficiency; and resolve technical problems. - Extract data from multiple operational and financial sources and assemble them into meaningful business intelligence data assets. - Perform all SDLC phases related to extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server stored procedures within MS SQLServer environment. - Create and maintain data flow diagrams for existing and future ETL processes. - Create and maintain detailed source-to-target ETL mapping specifications. - Develop optimized SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and database views. - Develop and maintain complex reports, multidimensional cubes and flexible dashboards. - Develop ETL audit process and controls to ensure data quality is compliantwith defined standards and thresholds. *REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABLITIES* · Strong ETL and Report development skills using T-SQL Stored Procedures, SSRS, and SSIS · Strong data analysis skills · Strong troubleshooting ability · Ability to work independently · Working knowledge of source control and related processes (SVN) · Working knowledge of Agile or Iterative development processes · Advanced analysis and design techniques to evaluate and resolve complex business problems. · Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness · Effective facilitator of technical decisions.
