C2C STRONG Quality Center and Banking Exp Job Description : Workstream: Consumer Lending '- Report to the Project Test Lead providing QS and Integrated Process test execution - Understand Program Requirements at each level (Objectives, Detailed Business Requirements, System Requirements) - Escalate risks, issues to Project Test Manager - Identify Test Environments (systems and data) - Develop project testing plan(s) based on testing scope/strategy - Adhere to Bank Integration Program Standards for Requirements and Testing, including use of Tool Repositories of RequisitePro and Quality Center. - Follow work assignments and schedule from the Project Test Lead, where QS is providing the service - Develop Project test scenarios and test cases - Execute QS test cases - Participate in testing status calls - Report test case outcomes - Participate in defect resolution process - Collaborate with other testers across integration points MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY - NEEDS SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT NEED MONITORING The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Includes functions in support of business systems management, including efficiencies analysis, change management, software version control, and enhancements management. Includes producing test plans, executing and evaluating test cases, and developing automated regression test suites. Usually focused on performance testing, and may involve automated testing products. * Must have 3+ years of QA Testing experience. * Needs to have either Banking or ALS experience (both is a HUGE plus) * Experience reviewing business requirements, design documentation for completeness and testability * Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design docs * Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion * Risk Management: Can write and run test scripts with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to fully develop and execute test plans * Tools: Experience using automated tools like LOADRUNNER, QUALITY CENTER and EXCEL. * Ability to write and analyze test reports across the project team Thank you for your time and have a great day!
