*Location:* US-IL-Woodridge *Duration: *6 months *Overview:* Reporting Related Duties: • Report all *battery test data results* as required internally prior to submission to customers, if applicable. • Individual project status reports • Document test fixture development by fixture to ensure critical information is captured on each test fixture. • Document software updates of all test fixtures, if applicable. *Primary Skills:* • MINIMUM OF BACHELOR IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR COMPUTER SCIENCE. • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH *OSCILLOSCOPES, DC METERS, POWER SUPPLIES AND LOAD BOXES*. • MUST BE ABLE TO READ SPECIFICATIONS AND DEVELOP APPROPRIATE TESTING CONDITIONS. • MUST BE ABLE TO PREPARE A WRITTEN TEST PLAN FOR APPROVAL. • MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW WRITTEN TEST PLAN. • MUST HAVE A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF DIGITAL AND ANALOG CIRCUITRY. STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF DC POWER ELECTRONICS IS PREFERRED. • MUST HAVE A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF HOW EMBEDDED SOFTWARE WORKS • STRONG QUANTITATIVE, DESIGN, ANALYTICAL, AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS REQUIRED. • STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED. • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS REQUIRED. *Secondary Skills:* *Candidate should be aware of testing of Battery chargers (AC/DC) of 5 KW .* *Able to create the test plans and also make a compliance Product verification testing .* *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH OSCILLOSCOPES, DC METERS, POWER SUPPLIES AND LOAD BOXES. * * MUST HAVE A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF DIGITAL AND ANALOG CIRCUITRY.
