The candidate should have experience leading evaluation of clean up and standardization of existing data repositories in preparation for implementation to go forward CRM master data model. Additional project experience would include: • Designing scalable integrations with the new Data Management Platform • Partnering with cross functional teams to determine the technical solution that will best suite the business' data management needs • Providing technical expertise in data analysis, migration, modeling, integration and data warehousing concepts and best practices • Monitoring system utilization / performance for capacity planning purposes; plan for business continuity • Assisting Project Manager with strategies and tactical implementing procedures *Duties for the lead would include:* • Interact and consult with appropriate business analysts, project managers, developers and partnering vendors to understand project requirements and define architectural solutions to meet those requirements • Work alongside cross-functional teams managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities • Work with solution delivery teams in the development of services, components, standards, and frameworks required to support the business strategy • Ability to be hands on with development as necessary • Assist with analyzing and recommending software and alternative solutions/methodologies/strategies and tools • Translate business requirements into technical recommendations, identifying technical solutions that most appropriately meet the business need *Required Skills* • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience • 10 plus years’ experience designing or configuring systems and/or applications • 6 years Relational Database Design and maintenance • 6+ years’ experience with CRM systems is required • 6+ years of Java experience in a senior or team lead role is required • 6+ years of relevant data management consulting (master data, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling) • 4-6 years of API development • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Implementation experience with the Data Management Platforms and Master Data Management is a plus • Marketing Campaign experience is a plus • Automotive industry experience is a plus • BI and Big Data experience is a plus Thanks & Regards, *Ajay K ProIT-Solutions, LLC **1827 Capital St, Suite#101* *Corona CA - 92880* *Ph No: **(323) 617-3689* *Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> [image: logoo] <http://www.proit-solutions.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
