Fully participating code review and discuss and address code review notes by the Halliburton Sperry PSL. · Fully participating development Team’s SCRUM practices including attending Planning, Demo, Daily Standup, Retrospective and other related meetings. · Priority of the work item should be done in accordance with project team’s SCRUM planning. · Use Halliburton development tool to track development status in time per required from the team. · Provide necessary support to QA for testing user stories. The software development item is only accepted after QA approves and code quality is reviewed and accepted by the · Halliburton SCRUM project team. · Provide all necessary support for cross knowledge transfer on development items involved to Halliburton project team. *Technical Competencies* *Must haves:* · C#, .NET, MVVM, WPF, Prism, DI/IOC, Unit Testing, SQL Server, ORM · Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills · Self-starter, requires minimum supervision · Quick learner on new technical and domain knowledge required · Software engineering experience in object-oriented design and design patterns to realize mid to large size Windows applications · Must understand the need to and be willing to develop unit and integration tests · Experience in agile/scrum teams using TFS · Solid understanding of the software development process and experience working on agile teams · Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field.
