Requirement Overview: Role: SAP BW Architect Location: Beaverton, OR Duration:6Months + Develop solutions options for SAP BW based BI solutions for Supply Chain, Retail, and HR functions. Participate in development of strategy and roadmaps for BW practice, including use of Business Objects and HANA. Develop standards for development in Business Objects. Plan for upgrades of BW taking into consideration dependencies across platforms and solutions, regression testing needs, and release schedule. Perform design reviews and code reviews Log and research SAP OSS notes Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions. Manage issues through completion. Skills : Very Strong BW design development and architecture experience 5+ years. Strong Experience working with both Bex 3.5 and 7.0. Experience with Bex 3.5 & 7.0 data flows. Experience with Bobj, Webi, and Analysis for Office. Experience and ability to work on Retail BW connected to Retail ECC. Strong knowledge of ECC. Experience with BW extractors. ABAP programming experience and code review experience and design Review. OSS Note logging and research. BW upgrade and Ecc upgrade for extractors experience. Ability to work on Multiple projects and multiple functions and multiple Bw instances. Experience with BWA. HANA experience a plus. Charm experience a plus.
