New hire is required to support the new demand in Prime Services and AI Risk systems. The new demand will directly increase the support needs for the following areas: 1. Environment Management 2. Release Management 3. Production Support This hire will - Manage Change Management for AI ONE platform - Manage implementation of products and technologies across lines of business - Administration of existing platforms and ensuring proper controls are in place for security and stability - Provide production support and maintain existing systems by researching and trouble-shooting any issues/problems - Maintain constant communication with other team members, technical manager and the team in Offshore MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: "The candidate will report to Infrastructure Support Manager and participate in day-to-day project related activities. Additional responsibilities include: - Provide support for keeping the mission critical infrastructure and technology platforms up 100% of the time 24x7 - Provide day to day technical and developer support - Manage product releases amd working with global team during excution - Diagnose, research, resolve, and document issues - Analyze product requirements and recommends best practice and solution - Produce and execute product or solution's implementation plan - Develop configuration, implementation, and process document as needed " TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Essential "- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Working knowlege and administration experience in at least four of these products: IIS, SQL Server 2005 and 2008, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, MOSS 2007, Biztalk 2004 or 2006, SharePoint 2003, Team Foundation Server - Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle - Development background - Analyzed product requirements, produced project implementation plan, execute plan and deliver solution - Participated in Disaster Recovery planning and exercises - Manage product upgrades, hotfixes, and service pack - Troubleshooting skills is a must - Knowledge on Microsoft .NET Framework - Highly motivated team player and always eager to learn new technologies WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: Essential "- 7+ years experience in IT - 5+ years experience in Microsoft technologies - 3+ years working as product support - will work in shifts - Financial Industry experience" Desirable "- Trading platform support experience - Experience in working with offshore development model" Thank you for your time and have a great day!
