<p><strong>Position: Project Manager- Global Payroll Systems</strong></p> 
<p><strong>Location: Marlborough, MA</strong></p> <p><strong>Duration: 6 months 
to 1 year +</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>Our client is looking for 
a Project Manager/Business Analyst to manage a “phase 0” project focused on 
their Global Payroll Assessment and Planning. The role will represent IT 
through an assessment phase with our Global Business Services group partners to 
build the business case, gather requirements, assess technology offerings and 
build an estimate of implementation options, costs, and resource plans to 
support a global implementation. This individual will partner with the IT 
Solution Architect and IT Manager to represent IT in a project management 
capacity. </p> <p><strong>Requirements/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> 
<li>Experienced Project Manager with ability and willingness to dig into the 
details, gather and document requirements, create project schedules, resource 
plans, manage to budget. </li> <li>Any experience evaluating and implementing 
IT Payroll systems is a major plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Keys:</strong></p> 
<ul> <li>This is initially a 6 month contract (through May 2017) but will most 
likely go a little longer. </li> <li>They need a really solid confident 
assertive Project Manager/Business Analyst. Personality is the key and the 
candidate need to be a solid person. This person must be able to push back 
(delicately) with the business, take initiative, work independently with very 
little direction and hand holding. </li> <li>This will be a Global Payroll 
Assessment and Planning project. The role will represent IT through an 
assessment phase with our Global Business Services business partners to build 
the business case, gather requirements, assess technology offerings and build 
an estimate of implementation options, costs, and resource plans to support a 
global implementation. This individual will partner with the IT Solution 
Architect and IT Manager to represent IT in a project management capacity.

resource plans, manage to budget. Prefer IT Payroll systems experience.</li> 
<li>KEYS TO THE JOB: <ul> <li>Must have a strong PM/BA background managing 
large scale global projects.</li> <li>Must have experience managing corporate 
“accounting or finance” type IT projects.</li> <li>Must have experience 
managing “Phase 0” type projects.</li> </ul>
