You will have process and SAP applications expertise covering order management, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, sourcing and procurement and quality management (e.g. SD, PP, WM, QM, MM, SRM). *Essential Responsibilities: * Responsible for leading and owning technical solution design of the specific SAP modules based on functional specs and business requirements A problem solver leveraging previous SAP implementation experience delivering robust and scalable solutions to meet business needs Well-versed in Agile SAP implementation methodology, in managing all aspects of solution delivery both as hands on functional expert and also lead global cross-functional team of internal and external team members. Work directly with internal and vendor teams to create and maintain quality project and release specific documentation adhering to implementation methodology Implementing and supporting GE Power SAP modules with specific focus on Procurement, Materials Management & Planning, Warehousing, Shop Floor Execution, Quality Management and integrations to various GE shared systems Serve as Solution Delivery Architect with Power SAP COE, driving the common global template standards, and extending beyond SAP to engage in Digital Thread initiatives across the enterprise Influence business and technology partners to embrace industry best practices for business processes & provide enhanced solution capabilities in SAP to meet those business needs Partner with data conversion team members as necessary, defining requirements and designs for legacy migrations Provide support for business system testing and SAP training as part of the deployments Collaborate with technical designers, developers and other subject matter experts to establish the solution sets & analyze tradeoffs in order to drive desired business outcomes Multi-task solution delivery priorities across multiple release and/or deployment streams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams building strong partnerships *Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) A minimum of 12 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product OR Master’s degree with 8 years of experience OR PhD with 5 years of experience Must be willing to travel up to 25% *Desired Characteristics: * Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands on experience with SAP Logistic modules (MM, SD, WM, PP and QM) Developed technical and functional solutions in at least two SAP large scale implementation programs across Fulfillment and/or Supply Chain within an industrial manufacturing or services vertical Engagement in all phases of complex SAP implementation programs Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals; and the ability to present to a range of audiences in a clear, concise, appropriate manner leveraging Microsoft Office tools Has worked in a cross-functional and matrixed environment driving solution adoption across different levels of the business organization Strong hands on SAP manufacturing fulfillment execution along with supply chain systems mapping experience. Some hands on experience with SAP APO is a huge bonus Proven analytical and problem solving skills with data and a strong bias for action Some experience working with integration technologies like PI/PO would be an added bonus Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to drive change (CAP) Demonstrated ability to function in team environment as both a leader and member Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or Equivalent Quality certification ITLP graduate / CAS graduate (for internal GE employees only) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
