The focus of this position is on front-end, but we'd prefer someone with some experience in back-end Java as well. This position will work on Wordpress sites and web applications written in Java, Groovy, and PHP. . This is primarily a coding position, although this person should be a decent communicator, as they will sometimes have to work with customers solving problems. This person will also participate in the agile process - stand ups, grooming, planning, demos, and retrospectives. This person will be required to take requirements and UX designs and translate them into working, well-tested, frontend (and potentially backend) web code. Flexibility is also required, as sometimes uncertainty in requirements means working on things before they are fully developed or doing re-work because of changes.
