- Informatica 8x configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Worked with Siebel applications. Experience with Siebel architecture and
Enterprise Integration Management components
- Experience with Siebel data model (OLTP)
- Oracle 10g database experience. PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions
- Experience with Windows and Unix OS. Experience with UNIX shell scripting
- Experience with Data Warehouse
- Experience with processing very large volumes of data, performance tuning
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2- Siebel Loyalty Engineer (Loyalty Engine & Promotion Rules)
- Siebel Loyalty 7.8 application configuration and trouble shooting
experience
- Siebel 7.8 tools experience
- Experience with Loyalty program and promotion rule configuration
- Siebel Workflows, EAI, eScript, Business Services, Workflow policies,
Assignment Manager, Communication, External Business Components
- Siebel Loyalty engine experience
- Siebel Web Services experience (Inbound & Outbound)
- Oracle 10g database experience. PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3- Siebel Call Center Engineer (In/Out Bound & Opportunity/Lead Mgmt)
- Siebel Call Center 7.8 application configuration and trouble shooting
experience
- Siebel 7.8 tools experience
- Siebel Workflows, eScript, Business Services, Workflow policies,
Assignment Manager, Communication. EAI a plus
- Oracle 10g database experience. PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions
- Experience with inbound and outbound call center procedures and processes
including opportunity and lead management
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4- Siebel Universal Customer Master Engineer (First Logic, Batch Workflows)
- Siebel UCM 8.x application configuration
- Siebel UCM 8.x tools experience
- Siebel UCM Batch workflows, EAI, e-Script, Business Services, EBC
- First Logic configuration and trouble shooting experience
