PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions - 5+ years of experience in the field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3- Siebel Call Center Engineer (In/Out Bound & Opportunity/Lead Mgmt) - Siebel Call Center 7.8 application configuration and trouble shooting experience - Siebel 7.8 tools experience - Siebel Workflows, eScript, Business Services, Workflow policies, Assignment Manager, Communication. EAI a plus - Oracle 10g database experience.
