*LOCAL TO PA AND FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW MUST*

*POSITION:* iOS Developer

*LOCATION: *Philadelphia, PA

*DURATION:*6 months+

Project: Customer Timeline for the Customer Experience Personalization. This
team is working on personalization initiatives - knowing and understanding
the customer and using this data to reinvent the company. A big data
platform absorbing bill transactions (following the customer's journey of
customer care and digital transactions), influencing and capturing product
interaction. Most of this is real time. Any Comcast employee can log into
this app and see a customer’s timeline and what their experience is like.
It is a 360 view of customer interaction. They are currently creating the
back-end of the platform, due to the current infrastructure not being able
to support the rapid growth. They are moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS)
which is a secure cloud
<https://aws.amazon.com/what-is-cloud-computing/> services
platform, which offers database storage, content delivery, and other
functionality to help businesses scale and grow. They are in the proof of
concept stage. They are about 30-45 days away from going live. This
platform will integrate with numerous divisions with Comcast. For example,
the Customer Timeline will be the back-end system for Einstein, the project
Claire Abt is on. Also, Think Brownstone also has consultants on the team
doing UX/UI interface work.

Specific Role: Building the mobile iOS app for Customer Timeline

Intangibles:

   - Does not want to see 7 page resumes, 2-3 max
   - This is not a head’s down role, this is an active go getter, someone
who can make decisions on their own, someone who doesn’t constantly need
   direction
   - When speaking to a candidate, have they done anything cool? What have
they built? What are they passionate about?
   - 4+ years of experience
   - This is a great opportunity for a developer to own something
   - This role touches all of Comcast
   - When submitting a candidate, use the summary to brag about what they
   have done
   - They will have a tech screen and an in-person
   - This is “start-up” vibe
