Proven experience with Java/J2EE Framework (Core Java, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, JMS, etc); . Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, CSS, SAML, SSL; . Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML . Strong experience with SOA and Web Service technologies (SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, WS-Interoperability, MTOM, SWA. . Extensive experience with messenging systems/mechanisms (IBM MQ Series, JMS) . Strong Database skills (DB2, SQL, JDBC, Hibernate) . Strong XML experience (XACML, XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT) . Deep understanding of NHIN and CONNECT specification; . Possess a working knowledge of Health IT standards (IHE, HL7, OASSIS, W3C etc). Familiar with CDA/CCD. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (including e-mail) at a professional level and to distill complex technical and management data to a laypersons understanding with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy. Ability to organize complex concepts in written or presentation formats. Ability to clearly present information, verbally and in writing, to audiences of diverse technical backgrounds. . Microsoft office suite to include creating documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for analysis often with no template or guide. Spreadsheets may include formulas and data imports and exports. . Ability to work with teams to trouble shoot and solve problems.
