Work closely with business analysts in NY and London to understand business requirements and deliver ETL / database solution. 2. Analyze data quality issue reported in UAT/Production and provide resolution. 3. Analyze data sourcing / ETL issue in UAT/ Production and provide resolution. Opera DAL is a sub ledger system which processes about 50 Million records every day in production across 20 products in 3 regions. When user raises incident tickets sometimes Production support will require Dev analysis by a senior developer and this will be time critical and will need to happen during NY hour.
