Job Title : Oracle DBA Location : Saltlake city, Utha Duration : 6 Months *Rate : $40/hr + Expenses (No Negotiations)* Description : SCOPE OF SERVICES Provide Database support for Oracle 10G RAC data warehouse and 10G OLTP databases. Possess knowledge and experience with logical and physical database design. Knowledge of PL/SQL commands and objects such as trigger, functions, procedure, packages, Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and RMAN backups. Responsible for implementation and release of Oracle database changes as submitted by development area. Excellent communication (written/oral) skills. Ensures that documentation is complete and up-to-date. Strong judgment and decision making skills. Must work well in a team environment as well as independently. Strong communication skills and customer-support focused attitude. Willing to learn and adhere to the corporate standards with regards to Database creation, setup and management. Ability to multi-task. Strong work ethic - doing whatever it takes to complete the task or perform the job. May provide off-hours rotating on-call support.
