*Scope of Work*
The Contractor shall provide an experienced project manager to supplement
the Department’s existing ProjectManagement Office (PMO) staff to manage
the planning, design, development, and implementation of informationtechnology
(IT) projects and to contribute to PMO enhancement activities.
*Minimum Experience*
(1) Project Management Professional certification;
(2) Scrum Master certification;
(3) Project management experience – 7+ years;
(4) Experience managing projects in accordance with the PMI’s standards as
presented in *A Guide to the*
*Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) *– 5+ years;
(5) IT strategy and planning experience – 3+ years;
(6) Experience managing application development projects – 3+ years; and
(7) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with
technical and user staff.
*Preferred Experience*
(1) Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS);
(2) Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least 1 project;
(3) Experience working with a Project Management Office;
(4) Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application
Design (JAD) sessions;
(5) Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint;
(6) Experience managing projects for the OIT’s PMO; and
(7) Experience with the ISDM
