*Role :Project Manager * *Location :Miami, FL* *Interview mode :phone/skype * *Duration :6+ months* Must PM (3+years) Experience implementing Cornerstone *Description:* Our Client, a cruise and vacation company, is looking for a Project Manager (HR & Payroll) in Miami, FL. *Responsibilities:* • Provide a single point of authority / contact for project(s) assigned; • Provide project management and guidance to the project team; • Responsible for multiple projects in different phases of the development life cycle; • Manage multiple associate level project managers each with their own project assignments; • Interface with all areas affected by the project including business sponsors, operations, application development, end users, computer services, client services, operations, vendors, etc.; • Define project scope and objectives; • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports; • Produce risk analysis and risk mitigation plans; • Ensure adherence to Project Management Process, Systems Development Methodology and quality standards for producing project deliverables; • Mentor Associate Project Managers on PM Process and EPM Tools. *Requirements:* • Experience as a Project Manager (3+ years); • Experience with Enterprise Project Management Tools; • Experience implementing Cornerstone; • Experience with Compensation, Human Capital Management, Performance, Succession and Learning management modules; • Experience with Work Breakdown Structure; • Experience with an Enterprise / Cloud based PPM; • Big 4 consulting experience (preferred); • PMP certification (preferred); • Formal training and certification in System Development Life Cycle (preferred); • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field [image: VSGBS001] <http://www.vsgbusinesssolutions.com/> *U**mang **G**oswami* *TECHNICAL RECRUITER* *VSG* *Business Solutions* *Email ID: **um...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <um...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com>* *Gmail ID: **umang....@gmail.com <umang....@gmail.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
