• Executive level experience conceptualizing and shaping of the ECM
Systems, establishing guidelines for the Design and Governance of these
systems, and oversee the installation and ongoing operations.
• Consulting experience steering Digital Transformation Roadmaps and
providing strategic consultation to C-level executives.
• Experienced working with industry leading platforms like OpenText, ZINC,
EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, Kofax, Tridion, Adobe
• Experience with designing, refining and optimizing the business
processes.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and providing consultation on
the execution strategy staffing planning
