Position: *Oracle Applications BSA Resource*

Location: *Phoenix**, AZ*

*Responsibilities*

•          Work with business partners to define project goals and
objectives

•          Lead the requirements analysis and process documentation

•          Work closely with business project team during requirements
gathering, analysis, functional design and functional testing phases

•          Collaborate with business partner, vendor partners and other
technology teams to ensure effective requirements analysis and
specifications

•          Understand the business process at the appropriate level to
influence the future business process design and technology solution

•          Ensure translation of functional requirements to technical
specifications

•          Develop, coordinate and execute rollout plans – including system
integration testing, user acceptance testing, communication and training

•          Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and
maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, and
business partners to effectively influence the achievement of business
results

•          Ensure compliance to standard project management methodology and
reporting techniques



*Required Qualifications*



•          Candidate should preferably be bachelor’s degree holder in
Engineering or a MCA degree holder, minimum 8 years of experience

•          *Previous experience with global technology projects is required*

•          Strong functional knowledge of reporting solutions in financial
domain, i.e. General Ledger, Sub Ledger, Consolidation & Allocation

•          Hands on experience in *Oracle eBiz Suite - GL (must to have) and
preference will be given to candidates who have worked on other modules like
AP, FA*

•          Experience in implementing *Oracle Financial Reporting Systems
using any of one or more of these systems BIEE, Essbase, Hyperion Financial
Reporting, Financial Consolidation Hub, Profitability Manager or Hyperion
Financial Management*

•          Prior experience with *project management methodology* required.
Good understanding of *Oracle AIM methodology*

•          Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, pro-active and able to work
well under pressure and in an independent environment

•          High degree of initiative and self-motivation is a must

•          Demonstrated ability to drive results

•          Demonstrated ability to influence team members without direct
authority

•          Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, plan and control
several concurrent initiatives with conflicting needs

•          Experience with Project Management and Method/1 frameworks is
helpful

•          Proven capacity to lead and influence matrix based project team
members and work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed
team
