I have client in Jersey City that has an immediate for multiple* **Business Analyst's* that have current or recent experience with "*Life Insurance*" products OR "*Annuity/Annuities*" products. * **The client will take H1's for a straight contract and they will also take Green Card, Citizen, or EAD candidates for a contract to hire *. * **The contract term will be approximately 6+ months. There will be 1-2 phone interviews and 1 face to face interviews for all these openings*. The C2C rate while on contract will be some where between *$50/hr* depending on the candidates experience with* **Annuities or Life Insurance products*. If you have a candidate that is very strong with Life Insurance or Annuity, please send them. The rate could be higher for some one like that. * **The hiring manager said there are at least 4-5 spots available on the Annuities side and 4-5 on the Life Insurance side*. This is a "hot" requirement and feedback will be fast. This will be my focus all week so please work fast. *Business Analyst's* *Key Requirements:** * · 5-7 years business analysis experience · Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience · * **Experience in Annuity Products **and/or** Life Insurance Products.* * Must be current experience or recent experience with any Life Insurance Product or Annuity product** * · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Business Training / Certification (such as FLMI) desired · Ability to interface with both technical and business individuals *Required Experience:** * · Developing and documenting business requirements for complex financial applications · Building and maintaining products in a Product Configuration / rules engine application · Experience with XML and ACORD standards desirable - NOT a must · Formal business analysis techniques such as use case analysis, business process reengineering, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Modeling, Prototyping, and Entity Relationship diagrams · Learning complex financial products and new business domains rapidly, with a knowledge of annuity products and services (including data providers within the industry) a distinct advantage · Quality initiatives such as CMMi, Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and/or FDA GMP to ensure best-practice processes and procedures are followed. · Participation in BRD inspections, walkthroughs and peer reviews with a focus on defect detection, correction and metrics gathering to ensure quality Thanks & Regards Matt I.T.
