* * *Job Title: Business Analyst (Supporting intra-net products at MarkIT)* *Location: Manhattan, NY* *Duration: 3 Months* *Position Summary:* Business Analyst responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules for intranet. Mid-Senior level *Duties & accountabilities:* Ö Develop requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops. Ö Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources; reconcile conflicts, breakdown high-level information into details. Ö Work with team to identify must have functionality, usability vs performance needs, priority of requirements Ö Create and recommend templates that capture best practice configurations for Intranet projects Ö Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to document information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: § Business Requirements Documents § Use Cases § Business Process Flow and Diagrams § Mockup of Screens and wireframes § Interface Designs *Education and experience:* BS Degree in a technology related field: § Must have experience with developing requirements § Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders, team members, and management. § Possess strong facilitation skills.
