Location: Richmond,VA Duration: 6 Months Description: Requirements: 1. 3-7 years designing and delivering technical solutions on the Microsoft platform. 2. 3-5+ years exp. developing solutions using a combination of .NET technologies, SQL Server 2005/2008 and Web Services. 3. In Depth knowledge of one or more Microsoft application development languages (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, and Silverlight) 4. In depth knowledge of .NET Frameworks - 2.0/3.0 required / .Net Framework 3.5 desired. 5. Experience leading a small team in a technical capacity as well as be part of a larger team. 6. Experience and understanding of SDLC, MSF, waterfall, Agile and other standard methodologies. 7. Extensive experience architecting and implementing multi-layer architectures, capable of producing high quality code and applying multiple technologies to accomplish enterprise business intelligence solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/computer sciences; or business Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to speak in technical and business terms at a level appropriate for the given situation Candidates should expect to be problem solvers and strong in regards to critical thinking and experience working alongside database administrators, data architects, system teams, users, as well as management at all levels. Technical Skills: Required and Desired .NET (C#, ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF, WCF and SIlverlight). Visual Studio.NET 2005/2008 required ** 2.0/3.0/3.5 Frameworks Team Foundation Server Deploying N-Tier applications Web Services, XML Windows Workflow Foundation desired Development of Smart Client solutions preferred.
