Duration :3+ Months

Required :

§  (1) Kept Informed routines,

§  (2) measurement to ensure that we are contacting customers within
allotted timeframes,

§  (3) capacity planning to ensure capability of reaching Kept Informed
objectives, and

§  (4) ensuring that associates have information available to them to inform
customers and, as appropriate, that information is provided to customers
(e.g., through online or other means).

§  (5) Receipt of Complete Set of Documents (Actual receipt of documents),

§  (6) Acknowledgement to Customer of Receipt (Contact to customer about
receipt of documents),

§  (7) Transparency of Receipt (Ability of associates to view that documents
have been received / to locate and view documents), and

§  (8) Accuracy of Documents (Ability of associates to determine that
correct documents received).
