Serve as the first line of support internally for any Informatica issues raised by the solutions teams · Serve as day to day contact with Informatica Support for issue tracking and resolution for issues that cannot be solved internally at HP · Resource management. Monitor and manage compute and storage resources associated with the Informatica cluster · Performance tuning help for solutions teams including process optimization, cache tuning, etc · Maintain best practices. Maintain a library of best practices in order to support knowledge sharing between HP’s Informatica architects and developers · Software upgrades plan and manage Informatica software patching and upgrades · Security administration.
