*Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst ~ Bridging Business and Technology* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Duration: 6 Months * * * *Note*: *Training / Certification in Scrum. (Certified Scrum Master)*** *Job Responsibilities and Key Result areas: * - To facilitate the capture and translation of business requirements into tangible software specifications, Use Cases and other software design artifacts. - To coordinate analysis and testing activities with other technology groups and third party suppliers. - Supervise activities of a team of 2-3 business system analysts - Solicitation, modeling and management of clear software requirements - Communication and Facilitation *Specific skills, knowledge & experience: * - Minimum 7 years of Software Requirements Analysis experience over the full project lifecycle - Experience of leading requirements elicitation workshops. - Extensive experience in modelling software requirements using UML - Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project. - Ability to balance technical and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts - Experience of web/internet protocols (HTTP,FTP), technologies & languages.(Java/J2EE, .NET,XML) and RDBMS concepts(ER diagrams etc) - Experience of working with Agile / Scrum methodologies - Working knowledge of other requirements trawling techniques like brainstorming, apprenticing etc - Business process and Use Case modelling using Enterprise Architect - Software development experience working as a consultant within a professional services environment - Experience with web-based projects - Degree in Computer sciences or equivalent formal training.
