Required : The candidate must be a team player, with an inherent ability to work well under tight timelines, changing priorities, and have strong problem-solving capabilities; He/She will be required to share experience, skill, and talents with associates and mentor others; The successful candidate must work well with minimal supervision. xperience in distributed workflow systems, multithreading, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST, AJAX, Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, Perl, Unix Shell Scripting, C, JCL, CICS. Should have been recently exposed to most if not all these technologies. Must have experience developing, Unit Testing and implementing REST based services. Recent experience with application development within Tomcat. Ability to create build and installation scripts using ANT and UNIX shell. Ability to perform software design using object modeling language such as UML. Ability to program systems using MySQL and LDAP as enterprise data store.The candidate must demonstrate recent experience in developing loosely coupled Enterprise Applications using a wide range of J2EE design patterns. Working knowledge of dynamic class loading and JMS within the Tomcat and ActiveMQ is a must. The candidate must demonstrate recent experience monitoring application performance using tools such as Compuware Vantage, TBSM, ITCAMS or JProbe.
