Job Title: Document Imaging Support Engineer SKILLS REQUIRED INCLUDE: Stellent IBPM, RightFax, and AnyDoc Support Responsibilities include: General Imaging Support General document imaging knowledge needed for on-going improvements Support end users with AnyDoc, RightFax, and Stellent applications Work with vendors and management to configure imaging applications as needed Hardware/Server setup and support Documenting installation procedures Previous experience with jukeboxes and scanners Resolve problems with that arise with Stellent, RightFax, and AnyDoc SQL Server - general support Complete tasks as assigned by LAN team supervisor, and Lead engineers Imaging system disaster recovery support.
