Position: Sr. Java/ J2EE Developer Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 3+ Months Candidates must be local to WA State. (EAD/GC/CITIZEN ONLY) Java Developer: We are seeking a talented person with a strong interest in object-oriented analysis, design, and development experience to help create and maintain technical solutions to support our internal business customers. You will be instrumental in the development, deployment, and maintenance of state-of-the-art business information systems. Above all, you are driven by the desire for excellence and an innate sense of curiosity. What you will do: * Contribute to the development of enterprise-class web application software in support of project requests from the executive, sales, and marketing teams * Contribute to the daily maintenance, stability, and tuning of existing processes * Other fun stuff as assigned Requirements: * 3 to 4 Years of industry experience using an OO language (Java/J2EE) * 3 to 4 years of enterprise experience with Java Frameworks (Hibernate / EJB 3, Spring, JSP) * Experience deploying Java web applications to a J2EE web container (e.g., Jetty); (nice to have) * 2+ years experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) * Intermediate to advanced JDBC (nice to have) and SQL skills * 2 years of experience or relevant experience developing transactional web applications (nice to have) * 1 to 2 years experience with web front end languages (HTML, CSS and Javascript, including Prototype and/or JQuery) * Experience with IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans) (nice to have) * Experience with build tools (Maven, Ant) (nice to have) * Experience with revision control tools (Subversion, ClearCase) * Experience with testing and analysis tools (JUnit) * BS in Computer Science or related technical field required * Basic familiarity with UNIX, especially with Red Hat Enterprise * Experience deploying to a J2EE application server (e.g., JBoss); experience configuring web or application servers; experience with Apache web server(nice to have) * SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experience (This would be a huge plus) * Experience with Agile software development concepts and practices, especially Scrum Please send me your Updated Resume and these details ASAP: Full Name: Contact No: E-mail ID: Availability: Visa Status/Citizenship: Current Location: Rate or Employer Details: Regards, Ajay Gain America, Inc.
