Title: *32–Bit Embedded Engineer*
Location: Allentown, PA – USA
Duration: 3+ Months
*Experience Required:*
ü Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in Embedded Systems Product
design
ü Working knowledge of C/C++
ü Familiarity with designing around embedded RTOS
ü Familiarity with hardware design concepts, ability to troubleshoot
mixed hardware/software issues
ü Familiarity with Communication Protocols *{DALI (Digital Addressable
Lighting Interface), RS–232}*
ü *STM32 (ARM-Core) Processor familiarity a plus *
ü Familiarity with hardware design concepts, ability to troubleshoot
mixed hardware/software issues
*Principal Accountabilities:*
ü Design/architect software – responsible for designing and
implementation of robust software solutions
ü Develop and execute software test plans
ü Bug hunt and fix – responsible to report and fix bugs identified
within the software
ü Document – responsible for documenting changes made to software
ü Good communications skills including the ability to quickly and
effectively communicate issues and concerns.
ü Experience working in large and small development teams (large
meaning >5 developers)
*Academic Degree(s) required:*
ü 4 Year Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Computer
Science okay with practical embedded software development experience)
