I’m looking for a consultant for the given position; If you are interested and available, send me updated word copy of your resume with the given information *Requirement:* Title: *Sharepoint Consultant* Location: Greensboro, NC Duration: 6 Months *Job Description:* Serve as a senior level developer on a very talented team supporting client's Common Web Platform. This highly visible platform includes client's internet, intranet, and extranet solutions. The ideal candidate will be have the ability to write code at a high quality level based on experience and help shape the technical direction of the team. Initially, this person will be involved in maintenance and small enhancement projects while they are learning the platform. Some projects in the pipeline include developing a mobile template and social networking (chat rooms,etc) so any mobile experience is a plus. This person should have experience with the following technologies SharePoint 2007 API, CSS, ASP.Net 3.5 and .NET Framework, JavaScript/jQuery OOP, and Test Driven Development. Additional Job Info: Drug and background checks required. Interview Process: 1 - Submit a resume AND a code sample from the developer. The code sample is required and should reflect something that the developer feels is representative of his/her quality of work. 2 - If the resume and code sample are acceptable, we will schedule a phone screen. 3 - If the phone screen is acceptable, then we will schedule an in-person, onsite interview. The interview could take up to three hours. Pluses: Prior experience in customizing SharePoint 2007 solutions using the Publishing features Experience with high-traffic, high-performance, resource-intensive .NET web applications Experience in Semantic, W3C-compliant XHTML, HTML5, CSS3 in ASP.NET Experience working with global teams Experience with SharePoint 2010 Experience working with medium to large software projects (working within a deadline) *Impact to Customer (Memo):* They need someone to work on maintenance and support so that the other developers can focus on strategic projects *Internal / External Customer (Memo):* Internal and external-internal users (intranet) and external dealers *Business Challenge to Solve (Memo):* One of their current consultants just went perm so they need to backfill her position. She was doing mostly maintenance and support in her contract role but they do have some mobility projects in the pipeline so this person could get involved in these projects and helping craft the strategy (if they have mobility experience).
