Senior Java Developer Location: NYC, NY Length: Long Term Job Description: Our client, a leading financial firm, is seeking a Java developer to work on global client applications. Candidate will be involved in the development and maintenance of business and system architectures. Involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle. Many conduct complex technology and system assessments. Supports and advises internal clients and technical management. May also assume some architecture duties. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Required skills include 5+ years experience including extensive experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services. Core Java/Multithreading/AJAX/JQuery/HTML/Synchronization Looking to hire extremely talented Java software engineer for Global Fixed Income Web Portal Project. This Java Consultant will be working on the Core Back end and FRONT END of the application. Leveraging AJAX/Javascript/DHTML (RIA Framework) with complex Java back end development (must understand collections, threading, database). **THIS ROLE COMBINES BOTH STRONG FRONT END AND CORE BACK END skills (Java/Multithreading/Concurrency/Synchronization/AJAX/JQuery/HTML/JSP/Hibern ate).
