Job Title:* *SAP HR Functional Consultant Location: TX Duration: 6 months + possible extension All-inclusive rate required ( Please keep it as low asap) ****Candidate must be available to start immediately**** Job Description: * Basic project management skills * Extensive Human Resources background * 7+ years functional experience with *SAP* *HR*. · Overall experience with SAP HR group of modules: *Payroll, ESS, Benefits and LSO - all these are a must.* · Must have strong SAP Payroll experience - US & Canadian payroll · Must have experience with configuring Master Data. Will be involved in data clean-up project · Strong HR Configuration experience (purely functional) · Candidate must have SAP LSO experience. Successfully completed 1 full life-cycle SAP LSO implementation in a Sr or Lead role. Client in scoping phase currently · Must have ECC 6.0 experience · Will interface with user * Demonstrated problem-solving skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into system-supported solutions. * Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time and be very results-oriented. * Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
