* At least 5 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshops. * At least 5 years experience in full life cycle implementations, (a minimum of 4), of new consolidation process using a formal implementation methodology and the Hyperion Financial Management application. * At least 5 years experience in at least four full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and Hyperion Financial Management (experience with Planning System 9 preferred). * At least 5 years experience in traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma applied within a Hyperion HFM implementation is a plus. * Good communication skills both verbal and written.
