1. Hands on and extensive experience in core J2EE development inclusive but not restricted to Struts, Spring, JSF, EJB, Servlet, JSP, AJAX, JSON, Design patterns. 2. Should be able to suggest architectural solutions based on latest industry best practices for business situations resulting in business process optimization. 3. Should be well versed with SQL and possess good query writing skills. Knowledge of PL/SQL will be a value add. 4. Experience of working in global delivery(onsite/offshore) model and should be open to onsite-offshore communication to execute projects. 5. This is will be a client facing position so the person needs to have good interpersonal and communication skills. 6.
