Required : Should have a minimum of 7 years of technology experience with at least 5 years hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Web Development experience with n-tiered applications Technical knowledge of J2EE, Java, PL/SQL or other web application technologies Screen layout and UI design experience Extensive SDLC experience, in a variety of environments, and utilizing a number of methodologies Knowledge and experience in business process analysis and system design Ability to quickly and logically understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements Ability to write user documentation and other technical manuals or specifications Solid knowledge of a variety of network platforms, server platforms, and operating systems Ability to interact and communicate with any level of management and/or user community effectively Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from users, vendors, and technical teams Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
