6 Months QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION Expert level knowledge of HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript Significant experience with Content Management Systems Ability to follow existing programming and style guidelines to maintain consistent website look and feel and consistent quality of code. Proven ability to work with all members of a extended and diverse project team Experience reviewing and updating requirements and/or functional specifications Must be detail-oriented, self-organized and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously Should have a clear understanding of standard web development process and technical production Shows initiative in constantly reassessing business needs and makes suggestions that meet those needs proactively. Develops new site functionality or code-base to decrease maintenance time and increase productivity. Structured programming experience or coursework a plus Experience with Spring MVC/Webflow a strong plus Experience with Apache Tomcat a strong plus SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Required: 3-4 years of hands-on web development, including XML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript 3 years experience with ASP/JSP/PHP or other server-side scripting language Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with Flash and ActionScript a plus Experience with two and three tier web architecture.
