Need Flex Developer with .net in Rochester NY Length of Assignment: 6 months
Location: Rochester NY Rate:- $42/hr *Duties* Participate in technical evaluations as a member of a project team. Work alongside software Testers to maximize efficiency and quality and eliminate errors. Provide training, documented processes regarding all software technology implemented or forecasted. Work alongside development staff to help understand, educate and design robust solutions for our business needs. Understand and apply new software and hardware technologies as necessary. Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete projects. Ability to manage own tasks and deliver on time. *Skills:* Solid communication skills, written & verbal. Effective communication with peers and ability to multitask and work in a team environment with a âcan-doâ attitude. Knowledge of Web development Flex Development: Flex, Flex builder, Actionscript, AS3, XML, HTML, AIR, Flash, JavaScript, AJAX Knowledge of Windows operating systems including Windows Server 2008 Familiarity with full life cycle development of application *Preferred:* Familiarity with database applications (MS SQL Server, SQL Azure). Familiarity with highly scalable database environments, scaling-out methodologies. Fluency in SQL and a solid comprehension of relational database concepts .NET: ASP.NET, C# (3.5 or 4.0) Web Development: HTML (4 or 5), CSS, jQuery (Some or all) Ability to debug and troubleshoot technology problems rapidly and work with third party software.
