*ATLANTA GA* *6 Months* Qualifications: 1) JSP Expert Required 2) JSTL Tag Libraries Expert Required 3) HTML Expert Required 4) CSS Expert Required 5) Javascript.Jquery, Prototype Expert Required 6) Coding for accessibility/SEO/front end performance Expert Required 7) ATG,Weblogic,ANT and SVN Intermediate Required 8) Telecom wireless exp Expert Desired 9) Communication skills (verbal/written Expert Required 10) Flexibility Expert Required Responsibilities: • Development of code using JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and/or Prototype, and relevant coding standards. • Lead on discrete development projects and take complete ownership of the front-end technical solution for the project and how it fits into the overall site. • Develop accurate level of effort estimates, and manage task schedules. • Application design, resolving production issues if they arise. • Excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams. • Understand consumer customer requirements with respect to its impact to the success of the business goal and be able to translate them to a technical implementation. • Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences. • Provide direction and mentoring to junior developers. • Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal. Required Skills: • 5 + years of front end UI software development experience • 3 + years of strong experience in JSP, JSTL tag libraries, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and basic UI - Technologies • Coding for accessibility, SEO, and front-end performance • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and production diagnostic skills.
