QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 -8 years BA experience
- Active member or certification in IIBA is desirable
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a high benefit
- Analyzes business processes/functions
- Gathers detailed business requirements
- Accurately documents business requirements/functions
- Demonstrates very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interacts well with business users/technical team/project
managers/senior management/vendors
- Acts as a liaison between developer and business user
- Demonstrates ability to resolve problems
- Is very detail oriented
- Has extensive experience working under a structured SDLC
- Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications
- Demonstrates knowledge of UML Modeling
- Working within a SOA environment and SOA governance model
- Exposure to Business Process Analysis( Process Service Matrix) and
Mapping with SOA
- Develops and executes system test plans
- Analyzes and documents system defects
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively multitask
- Has a history of successful customer relationship and satisfaction
