Title: Senior Lead HRMS Developer (Techno/Functional) Strong experience working with HR Executives a MUST We are looking for a Senior level Oracle HRMS Developer to come on board for a contract to perm postion . Candidate will help Design, develop, and implement minor to major modifications for new business related systems and Oracle applications. Provide technical depth to actively participate in the design of new application software development projects. Works closely with Human Resource, Executives Technical skills with Oracle HRMS Modules are Key * Our Oracle e-Business modules includes HRMS, HR Manager/Employee Self Serve. * Extensive experience working with Oracle applications (HR) and the specific modules named above, in particular Oracle HRMS. * Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience. * Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. * Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices strongly preferred. * Knowledge in the development of client server or web business applications or the implementation and support of software packages. Summary: Design, develop, and implement minor to major modifications for new business related systems and Oracle applications.
