The Recruiter should have at least 1-4 years US recruiting experience. 2. Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates 3. Full life-cycle recruiting experience. 4. Prior experience to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals. 5. Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the Business Unit. 6. The candidate must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio. 7. We are seeking candidates with a previous track record of success. 8. High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment 9. Experience in marketing bench candidates is a must 10. Experience in hiring Green Card and US Citizens is a must. 11. Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info. 12.
