*Experience:*

   - 9-12 years Information Technology or related business area.
   - At least 3 years Cicso IOS WAN/LAN, IP Voice Systems, Windows AD,
   Windows NT and Desktop Support in a TCP/IP environment.
   - Effective written and oral communication skills.
   - Ability to interface with end-users in a courteous and professional
   manner.


*Skills:*


   - Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the principles, concepts and
   theories in own discipline, and broad knowledge of princliples and concepts
   of other functions.
   - Has developed extensive business knowledge and keeps current on
   inductry trends.
   - Recognized as a subject matter expert.
   - Routing and switching, firewall, content filtering, ACS radius, load
   balancing, wireless networking, VPN gateways, netowrk monitoring,
   performance monitoring practices and tools.
   - IP voice and voice PBX systems, configurations and telecom connectivity
   devise and methods
   - Cisco IOS, switching-layer 2 & 3, VLANS, routing, RIP, EIGRP, WAN-fram
   relay, internet HDLC, ATM, MPLS, SNMP, HTTP, IPSEC, WIFI a/b/g



*Duties and Responsibilities:
*

   - Install, configure, and maintain technical systems to support business
   processing requirements.
   - Provide technical support, assist in the evaluation of new products and
   services, and may manage vendor service level agreements.
   - Install and troubleshoot systems to ensure functional objectives of the
   business are met.
   - Implement and maintain system management software, as well as research,
   analyze, and implement software patches and hardware modifications to
   resolve deficiencies.
   - Perform capacity and resource planning by assessing risks and
   developing contingency plans.
   - Maintain production change control schedule and, when needed, assist in
   the change control.
   - Support and schedule operating systems installations and upgrades, as
   well as layered software packages, in accordance with established IT
   policies and procedures.
   - Assist with the configuration and maintenance of physical and logical
   components.
   - Monitor, analyze, and tune the technical system to achieve optimal
   performance levels.
   - Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and
   configuration guidelines.
   - Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical system configuration and
   database library of all supporting documentation.
   - Develops business cases and gains basic understanding of project and
   operational budgeting.
   - Schedules, installs, upgrades and maintains operating systems and
   software.
   - Assists development team with modeling, physical design and application
   tuning.
   - Assists in the recommendation of strategies for data center and
   infrastructure management from business continuity, disaster recovery,
   monitoring, storage, security.
   - Routinely audits hardware and software to ensure compliance with
   established standards, policies, procedures, and configuration guidelines.
   - Implements and use backup and restore techniques.
   - Mentors less experienced administrators on an ongoing and often formal
   basis.
   - SQL Scripting Oracle CRM interface.
   - Application configuration, adding agent and services, IVR M3 scripting,
   voice recognition, telephony and PBX integration.
   - Aspect system and application management including performance
   monitoring, capacity planning, real-time and historical reporting metrics.
   - Develop IP voice system configurations, including routing plans and
   provide Level 3 support to customers and service desk on IP voice related
   troubles.
   - Responsible for maintenance and support of network hardware devices
   across the entire network.  (LAN) adds, moves, changes and router
   maintenance, PBX configurations.  Includes making changes to router switch
   and PBX to adapt to changing network and business environments.
   - Provide technical expertise in the troubleshooting of wide area network
   outages, act as liaison between telco, support vendor and branch offices to
   ensure customer satisfaction.
   - Maintain accurate maps and configurations for all core network and
   branch PBX devices and systems.
   - Provide project management, tracking and reporting for all assigned
   projects.
   - Participate as a representative for the network group on
   cross-functional projects.
   - Understand current Sarbanes-Oxley controls as they apply to Network and
   Security.
