Provides technical leadership and coordination for the ITS Engineering
Basis Team.
• Responsible for the installation, configuration,
administration, maintenance, and support of components required to
support the ITS IBS project initiative. This includes having expert
knowledge with the following modules & technologies: ECC, CRM, BW, PI,
MDM, NWDI , Windows Server 2008, and SQL 2008 .
• Operates effectively in QA environments and follows IT
best practices (e.g. ITIL, CMMI). This includes following our
organizational standards (i.e. Change, Config, Incident, Transport,
Defect, CMDB, and documentation management)
• Prepare the necessary support documentation (e.g.
working instructions, runbooks, server configuration sheets,
administrative support documentation).
• Coordinate the build and transport schedules and
implement across the IBS landscapes.
• Provide project management track plans and assists with
creating Statements of Work (SOW) for resource assignment.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams in installing,
unit testing, packaging and delivering solutions and products based on
KPMG requirements.
• Responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of
internally or externally developed solutions/products.
• Provide technical recommendations with justifications to
ITS Global and participates on Global Standard Bodies.
• Responsible for the availability of desired technical
resources onsite/offsite.
• Ensure required skill set is available in onshore/
offshore resource pool, based on KPMG technologies.
• Provides support and maintenance in a 24 x 7 support
structure.

with offshore teams.
• Ensure technical documentation is created/maintained and
share knowledge with ITS Global groups.
