Job Summary:

Specific Responsibilities Include:

•    Creating and updating HFM dimensions (metadata), rules, forms, grids,
Smart View
(Excel) Reports and other HFM system related maintenance
•    Coordinating all changes to the HFM system with guidance on how a
change in one
region will affect other regions and the Corporate Consolidation
•    Understanding of all data sources and data loading procedures
•    Troubleshooting HFM application questions from user community
•    Supporting the financial consolidation process, management reporting
and
statutory reporting activities across all regions and at the corporate level
•    Controlling all HFM Process Management functions (locking data and
application
life cycle management)
•    Coordination of End-User Training, both during development and
post-implementation.
•    Support of Internal and External Audit documentation
•    Provide direct SME assistance with any future updates to the HFM system
•    Position is based in California and includes working with personnel in
multiple time zones, occasional travel may be required (<15%)

Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor Degree
Technical Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) expertise with 3+ years HFM
systems support experience including :
o    Metadata management
o    Legal and managerial consolidations (alternative rollups)
administration
o    Intercompany eliminations
o    Business rules development
o    Data Forms creation
o    Full understanding and experience using Smart View
•    SAP and Oracle to HFM integration preferred
•    Knowledge of ODI and FDM tools will be extremely helpful in this role
•    Security Matrix and User Provisioning development and maintenance
experience
•    5+ years in a corporate consolidation, financial reporting and
financial analysis role
•    Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
•    Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
•    Flexibility to work in a team environment and independently
•    Experience in a highly complex fast paced global enterprise
•    Demonstrate initiative and innovation in achieving results
•    Exceptional customer service and experience in working with both senior
executives and functional end users

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Masters Degree
•    CPA (or local equivalent) or strong accounting experience desired
•    Semiconductor industry experience
